    • Millions of people face life challenges like job boredom, changing gear after retiring, job loss, divorce, the ‘freedom’ of being an empty nester, or wanting to enter/re-enter the job market in a fresh way. They wrestle with - What excites them? What brings out the best in them? What adds more meaning to life? They know the questions, but few know the answers.

Addressing this ‘hunger’ is the reason why What’s Next was developed through 7-years of research and development. Because we know that you’re not going to get from ‘here to there’ if you don’t know where ‘there’ is.

    • The fullness of What’s Next cannot be explained via a simple sound byte or a catchy phrase. But these simple stories help to illustrate what the program is about:

Michelle had reached the point of really needing to change her job. After working in Sales for 20 years she felt under-employed and just plain bored.

      She wanted out!

Viraj was the casualty of another round of Corporate Downsizing. He wanted another job but not one that was just more of the same.

He wanted to feel alive again!

Grace finally retired after 35 years in Communications. She enjoyed a socially busy and comfortable life. But after renovating her home, traveling extensively, and exploring new hobbies she found her life lacked significance.

      She had to find meaning!

Kathy had re-surfaced from the emotional toll of a divorce. She was finally ready to heal and thrive. Although she felt immobilized she realized that the way forward meant taking control of the uncertainty.

It was time to focus on herself!

Malcolm was happy enough in his career and he was comfortable being an employee. But he knew something was missing from his life and longed to build the ‘right’ opportunity for himself.

He found the courage to take the first step!

Robert had been running his Remodeling Company for 7 years. He enjoyed a steady flow of business but if felt lack-luster. ‘Life was happening to him instead of him making it happen for himself.’ He was coping with the day-to-day load, but he had no sense of Tomorrow.

He chose to shape his own Future!

    • These case studies have one thing in common. They all knew their lives provided them with too little satisfaction and inadequate reward. They knew exactly what they wanted to get away FROM. But they had little idea what they wanted to move TO.

THEY ALL SHARED THE YEARNING TO LIVE A MORE FULFILLING LIFE.
